Refund Policy
1. Digital Products & Online Courses
All sales of digital products (e.g., eBooks, templates, recorded courses) are normally final.
Exception: If you are not satisfied, email us within 24 hours of purchase under our Content Satisfaction Guarantee (see Section 4) and receive a 100% refund.
2. Coaching Sessions & Programs
Single Sessions: Refunds are available if cancellation is requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. After this, the fee is non-refundable.
Packages/Programs: If you are not satisfied after the first session of a package, you may request a refund for the unused sessions. After the second session, no refunds will be issued.
3. Workshops, Events & Memberships
Cancellations made 7 days prior to the start date are eligible for a refund.
No refunds will be issued once the program or event has started.
4. Content Satisfaction Guarantee
If you don’t like any of our purchased content (digital product, online course, or first session of a coaching package), simply email us within 24 hours and you’ll receive a 100% refund – no questions asked.
This guarantee does not apply to live workshops, events, or memberships once they begin.
5. Exceptional Circumstances Refunds may also be considered on a case-by-case basis in situations such as:
Verified medical emergencies.
Duplicate payments or technical errors.
6. Refund Process To request a refund, email us at santosh@mpowerco.in with your order details. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
