Refund Policy 

 1. Digital Products & Online Courses

  • All sales of digital products (e.g., eBooks, templates, recorded courses) are normally final.
  • Exception: If you are not satisfied, email us within 24 hours of purchase under our Content Satisfaction Guarantee (see Section 4) and receive a 100% refund.
2. Coaching Sessions & Programs
  • Single Sessions: Refunds are available if cancellation is requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. After this, the fee is non-refundable.
  • Packages/Programs: If you are not satisfied after the first session of a package, you may request a refund for the unused sessions. After the second session, no refunds will be issued.
3. Workshops, Events & Memberships
  • Cancellations made 7 days prior to the start date are eligible for a refund.
  • No refunds will be issued once the program or event has started.
4. Content Satisfaction Guarantee
  • If you don’t like any of our purchased content (digital product, online course, or first session of a coaching package), simply email us within 24 hours and you’ll receive a 100% refund – no questions asked.
  • This guarantee does not apply to live workshops, events, or memberships once they begin.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may also be considered on a case-by-case basis in situations such as:
  • Verified medical emergencies.
  • Duplicate payments or technical errors.
6. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
